I’ve never seen that before. It certainly looks like some weird angles that could lead to weak joints, depending on the gauge of metal, and fit and finish. Only one way to find out…

I really like the placement of the router fence and table saw on the work bench.

If you can somehow get the blueprint into SketchUp or CAD/CAM software, you could tweak stuff easier. To try to modify the original plan sounds like a headache.

Well it’s about friggin time! If it’s a Mafell product, it’s worth the wait.

Holy Smokes, it’s hot and humid here. People are so irritable! What the heck, just enjoy what you got. 😛

Yes, @doobie‘s shop is SICK. Running the cables under is smart.

Yeah no doubt there’s a lot of fear mongering going on. As I get more into it, hopefully I can sort through the fluff. Apparently Canada, very recently, is changing to private insurance paying first, and then OHIP after.
    This will affect a lot!

Yes with the Sriracha mayo dip. Famous and easy. Goes with pretty much everything.

It’s been very comfortable in Toronto. High of 25 today and a cool 13 at night to sleep better! Can’t complain when the +30C days come.

Bid Blue is carrying worse and worse brands, and discontinuing to carry items/brands that I love. I seen more and more Mastercraft stuff and less Senco and Makita stuff for instance.

Just getting into the insurance industry and from the little bit that I’ve gathered is that Ontario Health plan does expect you to get some individual plan for yourself to cover all the loopholes/lapses. Most work/group plans are great for the person that’s extremely high risk (smokers, diabetics) because it’s impossible for those people to get individual personal insurance.

Definitely saving up for Vac12. BTW is the PR20EVSK router being discontinued? Seen it as “non-stock” designation…

I don’t see how they’d be produced when LED is cheaper and cheaper. Who wants to change bulbs when it’s 20ft up there? LEDS make so much more sense in those hard to reach areas. Unfortunately it’s one less small job for the handy man, but hey it helps 5he majority. I’m surprised there isn’t LED version of every bulb out there already.

They’ve been advertising a lot of their 2018 stuff on their website alread (tools and appliances) mad tons of customers are asking about them and trying to wait to buy, however not even the vendor reps are telling us dates. Maybe they know, maybe they dont…but yeah waiting is tough! 🙂

Hey @doobie, I’m not at the same location anymore, I’m actually gonna be starting a job with Sunlife soon. Hope I don’t get booted off the site cuz of it, lol. Good news is I’m hoping it frees up some time to putt around the shop a little more. We will see…
