jstare wrote:@Lakelover that lamp turned out great. What did you use as a finish on the oak? It’s hard to tell in the picture if it’s painted or stained really dark. Nicely done.
Sorry for taking so long to reply.
A wee bit of water based stain then some wipe on poly.

Brad started the topic where does the septic tank go!! (and main stack in house?) in the forum Plumbing 6 years, 4 months ago
Here is the layout of the yard we are shooting for. The “front” (entrance) of the house is raised. It’s a walk out on the back side. There is NO access to the basement from ground level on the front side of the house. The garage and front door are at ground level and at first floor level.
The utility room is under the kitchen…[Read more]

Kyle replied to the topic massive in floor heating job miles of tubing in the forum Pro Projects 6 years, 5 months ago
@theamcguy tubing should probably outlast the building as long as it doesn’t freeze and the concrete stays intact. We keep everything pumped up to 70 psi while the concrete is poured to ensure no leaks.
@ChadM the system and manifolds are engineered by HeatLink, although smaller projects would be designed in-house.
