I have an old delta benchtop and a newer Porter cable. Both work well We use them when we do Basketball hoop installs on site. Over time we have discovered at times we need to refabricate parts or fabricate new parts. The first time we had to do it with cordless drills and it was very slow. Using a small drill press speeds things up a lot and…[Read more]

For some reason my comment to the post above did not appear.
I would think for SDS work in concrete, or stone, you would need to go to something like a core drill setup. I have never seen anything small like this for concrete.
I have also never had the need for an extremely precise vertical hole in concrete and angled holes are difficult due…[Read more]

I have one I got at woodcraft that works will. we use it for the angled holes on railings and things like that. The one I have is very similar to the Rockler one you show. I would have probably got that one as the Rockler store is closer to me than the woodcraft store, but I am guessing they were out of it the day

Kurt replied to the topic What happen when copper pipe is oxidized? in the forum Plumbing 3 weeks, 2 days ago
It is pretty common for copper pipes to turn green, especially in the presence of moisture. The bigger question is do you have a Dielectric fitting on the lines between the copper and the heater. If not, the materials will forma Galvanic cell and one will eat the other. That is what you could be seeing, also.

Our weather has been extremely mild for this time of year. It looks like we probably will make it past the first of the year without snow.
We have been fortunate to get a lot of outside work done , but still have a lot to do.
I could get used to winters starting like this.
