Very true…unless you live in an area that requires EMT. If so, you wouldn’t be using NM wire and may have the need for THHN by the foot.
In my case, I buy a whole roll (NM typically not the THHN stuff).

I would not be using JB weld on the overflow!
There ought to be a rubber gasket behind the metal cover. The gasket smashes between the plastic pipe and the back side of the tub.
Its possible that it is out of place…check that it is lined up properly before trying to JB weld anything.
Since you arent’ sure where the water is coming…[Read more]

I set a few posts and main beams for a trellis/pergola. It will have climbing roses on it in the future, and is basically only covering the far end of the customer’s rose garden.
Monday I’ll set two more posts on the far end of the garden and extend another pair of beams out to them. There won’t be any shade members on top of those beams…[Read more]

What about a punch tool? They make them for quickly knocking holes in all kinds of metal in quite a few sizes…the one I have is for suspended ceiling metal (pretty thin), but it works as advertised.

I’ve used one a few times when trying to match the original stool profile. It works out pretty well with the edge guide that pairs with my MC23 Bosch router.
Because of the lack of a bearing, I generally use a roundover bit though.
This Infinity is what I use: https://www.infinitytools.com/window-sill-router-bits-4062
