It was the old style. I was gonna ask him why the old style and among other things but you could quickly tell he was there to sell and If you’re not interested then he moved onto to another customer.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not there to waste his time (having been in retail sales before) but it was a little off putting. Certainly not the way I…[Read more]

The Bosch booth had a good deal on a 12 volt jigsaw with lboxx-1 and 2 batteries/chargers for $179. Tempting but I had just picked up the jigsaw a month earlier.
They had starlock blades off to the side which i inquired. The sales rep had no idea of the price and it wasn’t even for sale which was strange.

And even then, based on past estimates of their new tool release expected dates, I wouldn’t be surprised if was delayed even longer.
You wouldn’t happen to have any pics of their booth you could show us Peter?
Sorry no pics. Atlas on instagram has posted some.
About the Bosch booth, to be honest I was a little underwhelmed. Com…[Read more]

I was at the Bosh booth during the wood working show.
For what it’s worth the Bosch rep said the 18 volt flexiclick won’t be coming until the end of the year. 😯

Having this will reduce the number of tools to carry or reduce the time running back to the shop to get the right tool.

Hi all. Just wondering if this has 265lbs or 179lbs of torque? Various websites list either. Even Bosch’s own web page will show 179lbs of torque on its front page but then in depth it will show 265lbs of torque. A little confused here 🤔

Hi all newbie here.
Just wanted to let you guys know that I bought the kit CLPK402-181 and it was mentioned in this thread that the CCS180 will have the new handle.
Well guess what, it’s the old one. I’m more a diy’er so should I bother with the upgrade?
Thx
