I kept a couple of old blades in the bottom of the case. I will have to give that a try.

Started the day finishing putting the cabinet doors back on and priming the handle for the pull out cutting board. I also ground down an old broken OMT blade to be a scraper like @austin showed on his IG page. Then I started planning out a new project for one of our local midwives.
At work I had a bunch of errands to run to get more material for…[Read more]

So, thanks to @austin ‘s recommendation on IG I reached out to Ergodyne about their anti-fog glasses and they sent me a pair. Just got to try them out this morning…they work way better than any of the other glasses/ goggles I’ve tried, so I’m counting it a win!

My idh182 is such a joy to hold. I haven’t been making beds like I have in the past, so I haven’t been driving hundreds of screws at a time like I was, so it was really nice to pick it up again today, drive a dozen 2 1/2” screws and remember just how nice it feels in my hand. It’s a great impact, regardless of what @austin says, lol!

Do you think it’s worth upgrading from the older brushless bosch that just has the OIS connection system? @Austin
I don’t use my omt extensively, maybe once a month or so. When I need it nothing else will do. -
