The members can’t really do more than promote it themselves…. I think the folks at @boschtoolsna need to make a decision about whether they want to promote this back to its heyday again.
I understand that North America isn’t really their key market, but they can’t deny that when this site was really humming along it put them further up in the ranks. -

Adam replied to the topic 2020 New Milwaukee Tools in the forum Brand and Manufacturer Discussion 9 months, 3 weeks ago
I was watching a video recently where the presenter had found patents that Milwaukee tools had filed showing some interesting potential developments like a Packout compressor….I’ll try to find it and post it somewhere in the forum (just because it’s pure speculation).

And I wonder what others have received recently
I redeemed for two pair of hinge mortise bits in late January. I received 3 of the 4 bits last week.
Didn’t even know they were on the way until the shipping company contacted me. -

Adam replied to the topic Chalk line advice in the forum Hand Tools 12 months ago
This feels like deja vu in regards to a suspender question…..
Regardless….Tajima is a great brand, Milwaukee has a great aluminum body chalk line available, Irwins are affordable but work well.
What is your primary trade or requirement for a chalk line, @Olivert ?

I second (and third) the recommendations to get a proper foam installation gun. If you’re doing it often enough it’s a headache saver. Also, the tip about keeping the spray can of gun cleaner on hand is priceless.

Adam replied to the topic Looking for sturdy workmen suspenders in the forum Talk Around the Job Site 12 months ago
There’s a couple that come to mind….
Try searching for Buckaroo Leatherworks and Akribis Leather. Both companies offer premium suspenders/braces that might offer what you’re looking for. -

Tell me about it….the price of a workstaion is ridiculous.
I’m currently looking for one to run Chief Architect on and I’m getting sticker shock every time. -

To go to any forum here it takes about 30 seconds for me. This seems to be the same on Firefox or Chrome, on desktop (Windows) or mobile (Android 9). No such issue with other web sites at all.

My Collins miter clamps arrived today. I didn’t order the pliers with them, so I’ll have to go out and get a pair.
