I have a pair of Skillers but they’re hard to find anymore.

I have the wranglers, carharts, and Old Navy cargos. My wife will buy the Old Navy ones at the end of the season for $5-10. They hold up pretty good.

Still trying to figure out the best shorts thing. Wife ends up getting me dressy kind (rolleyes)

I am more into mountain climbing, so I imagine I will go that route. Best clothing in the world.

Thats a good thought Kent. Not being a hiker though, what brands are good/would you recommend?

This thread reminds me that I need to go Shorts Shopping. I have some no name stuff that I have been wearing, but haven’t worked with them yet.

I think I will try some of these:

I don’t know about the Blaklader shorts but I have been eyeing up the work kilt.

I have a utility kilt. LOVE it.

Will usually catch the wrangler or route 66 brands on sale at Kmart for about $12-15a pair. They hold up pretty good for the price. A lot of times they will have the carpenters style shorts on sale as well.

    Doesn’t Festool make work pants?

They probably do. You know that Makita doesn’t have a garment factory and just buys it’s stuff with their name on it.

Nothing wrong with that if their still making money.

I have to pick up a pair or 2 of the wrangler shorts because 15 or 20 is a lot better than 40 for the carhart shorts.

You can 2 for the price of one. Sounds like a better deal to me too

I believe it’s that way with most of all the stuff out of China.
