I find that my bosch GLM saves a ton of time when measuring for an as built or to create drawings for a remodel. one handed and much faster than a tape.

Oh man for an as built drawing with all inside measurements the GLM would be perfect. When I can I break mine out, mostly use it inside in the house though.
