    Wow I was expecting their prices to be way more expensive when I went to the site. If people think highly of them, I’d be inclined to try one! Definitely seems like an interesting option

    I use my father’s Stanley fiberglass 16 oz hammer now. Smooth faced. Rarely bring out my rig axe, if at all.

    I agree with CD. I have a couple Estwings but the hammers (framing and finish) are wood handles. The wooden handles just seem to be more comfortable.

    This one. Nothing fancy, but I like it. Good weight for most things, it’s comfortable, and it’s well balanced.

    I’m sometimes amazed at how infrequently I use a hammer compared to what ya might think for such an essential tool.

    I really like the look of that California Framer. Nice lines. Not nearly as sterile as my Ti Bone

    That’s the 15oz. ax handle. They make a 14oz. too in straight and ax handles.
