I received a reply this morning from BTP regarding my late in the day request on Thursday last week. My item will be shipped Wednesday. All as previously promised in the BTP post of last week.
That is nice you heard something about your request.
Well I finally got the promo code for the keen boots but it doesn’t work???
That is good you receieve a promo code. But too bad it didn’t work. The firts code i got for my Keens didn’t work either.
I had some issues with Keen as well but contacted their customer service who were just terrific. Very pleasant to deal with and were able to sort out the problem for me. I spoke to only one person, no getting put back on hold or switching around. I was very impressed.
yes that’s what I did I called up Keene this morning, they were very helpful and they got my code to work shoes should be in the mail any day.
That’s nice to hear – good customer service is such an important feature of really good companies.
I’m still waiting for my blower to show up…I’m hoping it’s coming soon!
Great point, it definitely makes buyers return knowing that if they need help, they will get some, it’s a great way to spread the word around about the products and company

The 14 gallon auto-clean model. It’ll be strictly for reno/construction use and reside in my shed for the most part.

It will have been exactly a month and a day since their initial response to my request, but I think from here on out it will be better. They hadn’t implemented the every Wednesday schedule yet, so it sounds like that means they’ve made space specifically to handle redemptions now and that someone will be checking in at least weekly to make sure that all goes smoothly. And hey, new tool tomorrow!

I think I have the same one of that model but an older version. Hard to tell for sure as they give the same models different names here in Canada than what they are known as in the US.
Glad it got straightened out for you Dirty. I also had problems with codes not working once as well. It was all on the Keen end of things and nothing to do with any fault by BTP.

I had the same problem when getting my Keens. The code was no good. The problem was on Keens end.
