Since this thread came back up I’ve been trying to think of the most useful swag I’ve gotten, but I keep thinking of nothing but baseball caps for some reason although I’m sure I should have a more useful item than those.

I always thought those HD pencils were the crappiest around. I can’t believe they charge for them.

When I was at the Home Depot store, buying roxul, the rep was their, she was very nice, she gave me a sample Roxul knife, never used it for cutting the insulation, was to nice. It’s our bread knife.

My go to ROXUL cutter is the bread knife in the cutlery drawer.

We get a lot of ball caps over here. I have some Bosch caps around. I keep one in the van and I have a stock pile of new ones.

I like the hats Dirty! Maybe BTP will send me one someday.

Lumberyard pencils. I have never paid for a carpenter pencil in my life.

Same here. A Carpenter pencil is useful, always needed, and who wants to pay for one?

Free food is aways a hit.

Free food. Boom. I think HD gives away carpenter’s pencils for free.

have to keep an eye out next time for those pencils at HD.

My mistake, sorry. They are $0.49. Dude just gave me a couple before…

I think I’ve seen them in Depot for $0.18. But I get most of mine from the lumber yard rep. He’ll bring us a box every now and again.

Wow that knife really slices bread very well. Nice thin slices.

These are probably ‘the most useful’ freebies I’ve evr gotten. It was actually my dad who got them when I was a kid. Rubber jar openers. They work amazing when you need them.
