Looks good, how much dust is left behind?

literally nothing escapes. the little fan in the dust vault sucks it right up into the canister. very happy with the purchase.
I prefer this method instead of hooking up a vacuum hose to the rotozip

That’s awesome, I wasn’t even aware they made that!

Nothing worse then cutting above your head and getting showered in drywall dust.

How many receptacles do you figure you could cut out before needing to empty?

You end up looking like a snow man. Same deal with body dust, oh man at the end of the day you were just covered in dust.

Just the ROS this morning. Otherwise, I was using my yellow drills a bunch. Can’t wait to replace those soon!

    Thats right Alex @WoodsConstruction
it sucks when you get the dust all over yourself or in the eyes.
rotozip has a different collar/base for a dust port to hook up a vac hose but having one more thing dumbling down with the cord already. yeah defintely no fun. Definitely prefer the dust vault.

Its a good question how many receptacles cut outs the canister will hold.
I bought the dust vault for the rotozip in the middle of the project but I still have the walls coming up, where I added a bunch of receptacles.
I will count them and see how far I get before emtying out the canister.

@madman_us keep us posted. Come winter time I tend to take on some boarding so I’ve got somewhere warm to hide on the really cold days so it might be worth the investment.

for sure – I will definitely do that.

I installed 2 new trim boards at my shed with the PS42 – my dog chewed on it.
Had the PB360 blasting in the backyard while working on the shed…
and did a few other things with the PS42 in the garage/shop too

Used the Bosch 14 gal vac to remove a lot of pet hair from a friends vehicle. Spent most of the day sweeping the interior.

Finished my bench this morning, so it was all sanding today. Used the ROS and the multi tool – loving all the detail sanding I can do with the thing!
