ModeratorNever even heard of that brand.
Canadian brand, overseas manufactured machinery. They have more or less picked up where General International left off. They started out west but now have an outlet in the Toronto area. They may even be building to the old General specifications.
Is that the guy out of Winnipeg?

Alot of them Asia built machine look a like King, Craftex.
I remember a story where I heard where the guy from Busy Bee & Grizzly were brothers. This not true from a video I saw Grizzly website. The only thing that might be true is the machines are being built by the same company. Similar to what you are talking about.

I heard it as Grizzly and Jet.
They are probably built in one of a few plants overseas, but to each customers (brands) specifications. That is pretty much how any factory in the world operates. Give the customer what they ask for, no more, no less.
If it’s a bad machine, that is more on the brand’s specifications and quality control demands in the contract than it is on the factory or country of origin. Most factories have some sort of ISO or QA certification. It’s almost requiered now, just to keep in business. My You Tube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCA5AretE3xPoVDV61AxUdUA

I’ve heard that many times over the years. Can’t attest it came from anything that I’d consider 100% reliable, so it’s likely an internet made up story.
