I have a few shares of the Berkshire Hathaway B shares in an retirement account. The annual report is a great read. It is amazing how they are tied into the building industry with several of their subsidiaries. Between brick, real estate brokerages, Modular and site built housing, paint, Furniture, Trailers for construction, Joist hangers and truss plates, construction software, Steel Supply and carpet. They recently divested of Johns Manville also, which had them even more tied to the construction industry.

It’s a nice idea ,I’m thinking the same thing. Just don’t see it being very durable.
