That’s actually pretty impressive , decent amount of cuts for cordless. Be interesting to see if anyone else puts them out on the market.

That’s the first I’ve heard of a cordless tile saw. They sure are trying to flood the market with new tools!

It’s coming. Everything will be available cordless soon enough except for the battery chargers themselves.
September 11, 2019 at 4:54 am #731530The limits of what can and can’t be cordless are getting smaller and smaller. I currently have a cordless compressor, partner saw, table saw, and a 12 inch sliding miter. A few years ago, those all seemed to be way down the road.

It’s really impressive what they put out for cordless nowadays
Don’t think they can make those bigger dust extractors cordless , I think they drain to much power , but yeah they really have come out with plenty of new tools and equipment that’s cordless.
Personally I enjoy the convince, especially when working out in the field at the stables. Running an extension cord is a pain and can be dangerous for the horses and us.I just went and ordered the pica dry pencils
And refills from MH looking forward to giving them a try.September 11, 2019 at 12:07 pm #731569Doobie

That may still take some time. But one day it’ll be widely available. Even with a company like Makita and their dual battery way of offering many of their stuff now I would think the problem is the run time wouldn’t yet be long enough for practical purposes for larger vacs.
September 11, 2019 at 4:26 pm #731587Just got my new Dewalt cordless router today. Looks nice, but it is a bit bigger than I imagined.

I don’t know about the other blades, but I have tried the Diablo thick metal cutting blades and was very impressed by them. I used it to cut cast iron pipes and I compared it with the diamond Lenox blades I have and it cuts faster significantly and cheaper.

The 9″ is between $20 to $23 a piece. Plus tax.
At that price I’ll gladly use them if somebody else is buying them for me.September 12, 2019 at 7:24 pm #731658Skilsaw Launches Revolutionary New Cordless Worm Drive Circular Saw

But which one would have a longer lifespan between the two types?
