Yes!!! got to be careful with edge sanders. The big one at the cabinet shop drew more blood than all of the other tools combined.

LOL, I hear that. I can’t keep my knuckles clear of my little Rigid sander. Can’t imagine how I could manage one that size.

One of the classes I took last summer towards becoming a shop teacher was in a high school shop, one of the kids was finishing a project and using one of those sanders. Out of the corner of my eye I watched his project fly 15 feet across the room, luckily his hand didn’t hit the sandpaper, But we all laughed pretty good.
My order from Princess Auto came today. I bought Portable Lumber Mill (chainsaw mill) and a Froe.

I was looking at Milwaukee and after discussing it with the rep he advised the Rigid. Its electric and only used occasionally. I bet I have till I retire or die
