    Parts are available for The L-Boxxes. Here is one I found that made me think, custom box?

    I am not a pro. But I play one at home.

    I am just here for l-boxx porn.

    Man oh man, after missing two pages of this thread there has been a ton of really sweet links and insights added. I really wish there was a way to consolidate the most helpful of it all into one post so that it would be easier to keep track of. This is great – I am stoked

    Do we know for sure if the bins from the 1-a are the same as the bins in the t-box? If so, then this is excellent!

    I sure hope more and more of the Sortimo stuff makes it here. Are you going to build shelving for them or???

    Excellent – it will be really interesting to see how they compare to l-boxxes. Do you have any i-boxxes as well? For the same price/ea as a 1-A that isn’t bad at all – and the clear lid will be really nice. Too bad their “blocks” for t-boxxes aren’t available here yet (see attached) and that they don’t fit within the l-boxx system. Otherwise, they look like an excellent sortimo storage option… although sortimo still seems to lack a deeper storage option for bulk fasteners like the dewalt pro one everyone likes.

    Adam savage got those.
    T-boxxes where made for storage in a garage or workplace l-boxxes where made for taking with you in u response to people that took there t-boxxes with them instead of the iron boxxes sortimo had/have because they are lighter.

    @thedude306 Yes I am. I am going to build something similar to the red shelving posted earlier.

    @supimeister
    Yes, I do have I-boxes. Santa brought them this year

    @BlackHydra
    I intend to use them for shop storage.

    i was just saying.
    but they work best for shopstorage my uncle still has the iron boxxes those are really indestructable

    T-boxxes are nice but they don’t incorporate into the Click & Go system.

    I really wish I could get those parts here in the US. Found this from the same seller that @davper found the clip. I’m using my L-Boxx 3 to hold my batteries and chargers but this would make it much easier to split them up instead of just having it piled in.

    That’s what deterred me from the T-boxx as well, it’s a stand along system (except the inserts are universal AFAIK) And the initial price. I REALLY like those trays you found. I’ve seen them before and think it would a be a great addition for the bosch line.

    @thedude306
    Brad, I was thinking of making a wooden one but I think this would be better since I won’t lose the thickness of the plywood on the tray. C’mon Bosch please up the L-boxx line to America. The products are already being made and sold elsewhere.

    @MaukaRunner I still have plans to make a wooden insert for hand tools in a L3 or L4 but you are right, they are space killers. I would like the tray (with handle) as it would be great for leaving stuff under it that isn’t often needed but you still want access to.

    @davper
    – just to make sure…. i boxes not l boxes – aka the drawers that go with the l-rack
    (it is really annoying that the default font doesnt show a difference between L and i very well – you can barely see the dot lol)

    I really wish I could get those parts here in the US

    Yeah those trays would be nice. Oh, Sortimo NAINA…. get over here!!

    The T-Boxx insets are the exact same used in the L-Boxx-1A and i-Boxx-org73.

    They have the same markings and I did a fit test by swapping them out between Boxxes. LIKE A GLOVE! It was if they were made for it. Go figure. 🙂

    Thanks @davper for the info. Makes sense. Why reinvent the wheel when they already mold the bins for the I-Boxx and 1A.

    #233451

    Going to make a project like this with one of my 1A’s when I ever receive it.

    Don’t know about the foam part yet but this is the concept.
