The Supermax was busy today. I sure like this thing.

That looks like a great sander..
My TOTD was the 18 volt 7¼” CSMS

That’s a nice compact saw, I like the miter station set up, nice and level

OMT was the TOTD. Fitting the face frame and trimming base: so easy with the right tools.

That’s a wish list tool for me. I wonder where I would squeeze it into my tiny shop.

It’s really nice to have. With the fold down tables it doesn’t take up quite as much room. But still a large piece in a small shop. I would have to measure but I’m thinking it’s a 42″x 18″ footprint with the tables down.

Wow, that’s even bigger than I thought! But big is just what you want with a sander like that if you can make it fit. I would love a drum sander, and the open ended ones like that are awesome for their added capacity. Looks like a really nice tool for sure.

I hear that! I’ve been singing the praises of mine too. Which OMT do you have?

I have the corded Starlock. I really appreciate the quick release and the worklight built in. I find it is so easy to control, no blade drift or wobble at all.

That’s what I have too and I love it. I’d be interested in the cordless version except I haven’t run into any circumstances (yet) where the cord has really been a liability. It’s just such a nice tool, and I have a bunch of different attachments for it so it has made so many situations so much easier to handle.

I think Lowe’s has stopped carrying the Bosch jackets in spring ’17. We got rid of our stock that winter and weren’t able to order new stuff for customers. Not sure if they will return to shelves in Canada.

Totally agree. I just bought a cordless one just to make it even easier and faster.

It can be the most important tool I carry some days. One is with me on every job.

I can’t believe we’re at the point of being able to carry a sliding miter easily up a ladder – cordless tech has come so far!
