@DirtyWhiteBoy stinky as you sweat too much while wearing them?

I’ve tried the vest and it just too stinky for me.

That is my big concern with the vest. I swear a lot so it wouldn’t take long for the vest to start stinking.

Yeah, a lot of people get really offended at my swearing which makes them nervous so they sweat a lot. lol 😉

That was supposed to say sweat – I sweat a lot.

Yes it’s hot here year round so we sweat a lot and stink builds up.

Another concern I have with the vests would be how well are they going to fit and ride in the winter when you have multiple layers on? With a belt it isn’t a big deal but how much, if any, do the vests adjust? I would assume that this issue has been addressed by the manufacturers but I would like to see how the adjustment works before I made the plunge.

Here is one from Blaklader, I would try it if it was on the rewards list.

If it was on the list I would have had one a while ago. Since I just bought my belt, I gotta hold on, hold book, resist!

Blaklader and Bosch have a very good relationship and if you ask I’m sure Jenny or Big Jim could get it on there.

I think this a fair assumption.

Aside from potentially stinking it up, do you guys find vests more appealing than tool belts?

    DWB, love your graphic analogies.

Wonder how much I would use a vest. Like the idea, just a matter of getting used to it

I like the idea of a vest because it will get the weight off of my hips and distribute it across my shoulders. I occasionally wear suspenders with my tool belt but the weight hanging from an inch and a half strap bothers my bad shoulder after a few hours – I am thinking that since a vest covers more area it would not be as bad.

True enough Chad, I’m thinking about the organization.
