Got 26 sheets of plywood done, and got some more joists done.

ProWhat do you prefer? 2X or TJIs?
If its a easy floor like this one TJI’s, but if its a hard one 2X.

Man that is a lot of plywood. Looks like a big house that really does not go with the rest of the neighborhood.

As usual, great job on the stairs,
I found it strange that they don’t have a patio door, instead it’s just a typical door, any reason why, or just a customer demand. -
