    Honolulu,, Hi.

Looks like another nice one. Hopefully it will all go smooth with not many changes.

That’s cramped! I couldn’t imagine 1000sf with my two year old and all of her junk.

I raised my 2 kids in 600sf. It’s all on what you’re used to.

So true, so true! Lived in apartmemt units most of my life til I bought a home 15 years ago. Thing is, I still don’t have enough space for my ‘stuff’. Lol.

Not a lot done today, the heat was cooking us.

That is a nice size garage . How old is the neighbourhood that you are working in now ?

Some nice poured walls. Is it a basement or taller crawlspace?

I moved from a 2400 sq ft to this bungalow, took a few years to get use to but I am happy now and would not build a monster home as others are doing in my neighbourhood.

You got that right. I’m wanting to get back into a smaller place myself.

Nice plans you got there. It seems as though the main floor is sunk in the ground a little, is that the plan? Either way it seems nice!

    Honolulu,, Hi.

It’s looking good. Do you go up one floor or two above the basement.

Very good pictures. Like the way it’s coming along and looks like most of your lumber is pretty good too.

That’s what amazes me about the pictures is the quality of the lumber. It is all so straight.
