I have a freezer FULL of hot peppers. Habs, Jalos, SUpper Chillis, Thai and hot reds.

Obviously the city of Irwindale courted Huy Fong to move there and set up the bigger plant, but didn’t know what they were getting.

My original comment still stands. Cry Babies.

I am adding another bottle of Sriracha to the grocery list though.

You have to know what you are getting into when you go to an open house and your eyes are watering uncontrollably.

Whew, that was a close one.
I guess I could have overdosed on mustard if I had to.

Thing I like about Siriracha is it doesn’t have the overbearing taste of vinegar like alot of other hot sauces (ie Tabasco)

We’ve got this one going right now, it makes the Sriracha seem very tame.

I don’t have the link, but about a week ago, a judge did indeed shutdown the Sirachi plant in Irwindale, until the final hearing.

What a tard. I like the stuff, but only buy it when I can’t get any Eros Pista. It’s a hot Hungarian Chili Paste. I’m not a big Tabasco style fan.
