There’s a big old bandsaw type mill that’s trailer-able with it’s own wheels just about a mile away from me here at a farm, It doesn’t look like it’s been touched in years. but still good enough shape, I’d love to have one. I think there is money to be made with one around here, I’ve been meaning to go knock on the door over there but never have

You don’t know until you go and ask, maybe get a good deal.

Oh I know, I’m hoping it’s one of those things where the old man died and the kids don’t even know what it is or have any enthusiasm to learn. And might gladly sell it for cheap, It does have a great big trunk on it too. I’d guess about a 3’r maybe 15’ish long, That might make for good bar tops which is very popular around here. Could get a lot of them 3-4″ thick

Well you better get your shoes on and go knock on the door.

That is a nice set up and looks like it only takes one man to run it .

That is an interesting mill. I don’t know that I would want to be around it all day. I thought this one that popped up at the end was unique also.

The blade on that looks like it makes wood chips not sawdust, it looks like it only has 5-6 teeth to me.

Most of those countries in Central and South America still have horse drawn carts on the streets in the capitol cities no less. Driving along and hit a traffic tie up only to get through it and see a horse drawn cart was the cause. If it works….

A new sawmill based on old design of a sash gang saw.

I take it the machine is adjustable for different boards?
