Anyone have the Bosch system, how do you like it? If not which systems do you use and like?

I have a porter cable one. It was given to me last year. Only used it once but it was easy to layout and was flawless. Could do 3 different radius.

are the templates still available for that system? I couldn’t find them. Just the rails you posted. I have never seen it before. I have a lee valley template that does one hinge at a time.

I have the PC setup. It works well, just have to pay attention when changing hinge or door thickness settings, but that is probably true for any of the adjustable jigs.
Templaco makes some quality one piece full length jigs.

I also have a MilesCraft unit. I don’t have to do many doors, so it has worked fine.

Looks like the ryobi one I used to have. They work ok, just more time and measuring.

Am I correct in thinking the larger porter cable and templaco ones do the jamb side as well?

I have always made my own and matched the bit radius to the hinge radius.

I have wanted the PC system for a while. Other things have taken priority so have not gotten it yet. The Porter Cable is adjustable so if you are hanging new slabs on old jambs, it is the better system IMO. That way you can match what is existing.
