No kidding.
I have sent in a redemption request just shy of a month (Aug. 19th 2018) ago with no response, I did send 2 follow up emails, I don’t want to be a bother but I also want to ensure that my emails are getting through.
That’s the norm now since Jim left early this year. Patience is now required from us all. They do get looked after, we just have to wait nowadays when it comes to redemptions or any feedback.

ProThanks Kevin (@Doobie), it does provide some comfort, I guess we have been spoilt with respect to good service, however the statement on the redemption page of getting back to a request within a business day or two is now very much misleading.
