    Don’t know if my email got lost or what happened but are we still able to turn in our points? Is there a new way to turn in our points besides what is listed on the website.

    When I emailed points@ I received an undeliverable receipt. I tried again next day and it worked but surprise, surprise I never got confirmation from anyone at Bosch that it was received. Love the program but Bosch needs to get back on ball, period!

    Starting not to look good when I see everyone receiving their stuff before in less than a week, so I tell everyone about the program I’m doing and how fast rewards come and about site. Now everyone is like ” you still haven’t got your stuff” and I’m honest and say its hard to even get a reply!

    Not to worry. I am waiting for an item I put in for on Aug. 9. It was out of stock at the time, so a bit of waiting happens from time to time. A little slow on replying to inquiries but it does get sorted out. I am sure the team will be hitting their stride once everyone gets comfortable with their new positions.
