A couple of weeks ago I had a chance to work with my son as his helper . He works as a welder tieing in natural gas frack wells .he does the above ground fabrication at well heads pump stations etc.
anyway he called me an said he had a check for my couple days work . so he asked if I wanted a to buy a new Skill circular metal carbide saw , I said sure .
He uses his for many task including metal grating that’s zinc coated which is nice considering using a torch . Will be using soon an let you know .
Here’s my photo as a helper lol .

Guy I work eith has one and I have used it. Its a nice saw. He cut through 1 inch solid steel with it like wood almost. No nasty burrs like an abrasive blade. Make sure you wear ear plugs the thing is loud.

I could imagine that saw making some pretty serious noise.

I think it will cut metal up to like 2 inches thick or some thing crazy. @dan is the one who has it.

Nice looking saw. Also wondering whether it came with a stock blade or if you had to buy one.

How is that saw comparable to the Bosch metal cutting saw?

That saw looks good. I have seen guys using them in steel homes and they all like them.

We looked forward to your personal thoughts on that unit . Is that a gas welding machine under the Milwaukee metal saw
