    We both picked out the color but I did not think and be like this.

    BTDT the only way to see what the color will look like is to actually put it on a wall. The color samples at the store in my opinion are close bu not always right.

    Lighting makes a hung difference in some colors.

    Very true, the lighting in the paint Store, and the light at your house from the natural light coming in the window and the lights make a difference,

    I always use two coats of paint also.
    Regardless if I use primer or not.

    All true. Here’s a bit of maybe useless knowledge…. If you trim the white border off of the store chip sample you actually can get a better feel for the color both in store and at home

    Thanks, good tip to have the trim and use it as you suggested. Have to remember that.

    I like what I have done. Wish we went with a darker color. I can’t wait to what my girlfriend says about it lol.

    So what did she say . Paint over it agin lol or she loves it ha ha .

    She likes it. Me I wish it was more gray. She is happy i’my happy.

    They also make a stop that goes on the hinge, you can adjust it, this way there is nothing on the wall of the trim.

    I ended up going with this style. I like it. No holes in walls or doors.
