Bosch is reviewing charging options, just like our latest first to market launch of Wireless Charging in October 2014. There are many charging challenges as the market continues to see higher Ah rated batteries, along with new user demands. Please be assured that Bosch is researching many new options to meet these demands.”

I see you are a new member, Welcome to BTP. Are you from the Bosch company? …I have one wireless battery and charger system and love it, Oh and the Holster. that thing is a great idea

I have all Makita LXT cordless and I plan on keeping it that way for a while, I will probably add a couple more items when they go on sale.

I recently started looking into the 12v lines and have chosen Bosch for that. The right angle drill was my first purchase. I like the L-Boxx setup for the little stuff and it’s the little jobs that drive me crazy, when I have to schlepp in 200lbs of stuff to fix some punch list items.

Nope, not me either. I have A Makita drill, impact sawzall, circular saw and flashlight. A bosch 12v impact. And a milwaukee fuel impact driver and hammer drill kit.

I’ve been with bosch since HD dropped Bosch and clearance their old bluecore display set back in the early 2000. That’s when I got hooked – Now have 18v and 12 v sets and buy a tool everytime I need a pair of batteries.

Milwaukee, The new 18 volt 4.0ah batteries oh shut up. Also have a 12 volt multi tool and screw gun. Dewalt for my “helpers”. Honestly the 18 volt Dewalt drill driver is like trying to hold up a boat anchor. 🙂

I use many different cordless on each site I’m on depending on what is provided. For myself I’m collecting the Bosch cordless tools and have not had any regrets.

They say behind all humor is some truth. Use the 12 volt as much as possible, and thats quite a bit

I made the decision a few months ago to just go with one brand, Bosch. I went looking for my cordless ridgid OMT for a quick job. When I realized my battery was dead and non-chargable. I only had one battery for it because it was my only Ridgid tool.

I have several different brands because I would grab a tool when I found a great deal. But I have since realized that buying and maintain several different batteries is too much.

I had found that I liked the Bosch tools and so did the media. So that is the path I am going. But Bosch does not have the variety that other tools have. I love my 18v ryobi caulking gun. And Milwaukee has the PVC pipe cutter. And I love my Dewalt 12v camera probe to see in the walls. So Bosch, let’s go and make some tools.

I am not a pro. But I play one at home.

I am just here for l-boxx porn.

And what did the church say…Amen

Really want to know their reasons for keeping them out of the states. Maybe we buy more when they are withheld from us for awhile

Not sure what happened. Didn’t take my text. Short version, maybe they found out that we by what we can’t have…so when it is offered we jump on it.

Yeah I noticed that. You announce a new Makita tool and boom it shows up. By the way Rigid has a lot of tools on special. I keep getting HDs emails.

Aren’t we all 🙂 I really like the Bosch 12V & 18V lines. As more tools become available I’ll be expanding. I’ll never have just one line as I hate to get rid of good tools that still work.
