    This is my favorite holiday of em all, Eat,drink, watch football, nap..Repeat, And I can do it all in my gondies if I choose too LOL 🙂

    We call that “Chinese” beer. ying-ling 😉 The brewery is somewhat in my neck of the woods. I think it’s the oldest brewery in the US. Good beer !

    Anyone else go the non-traditional route when it comes to food? My wife and I did a “breakfast for dinner” Thanksgiving night for a bunch of college students the other night – before they went home and did the traditional thing (breakfast pizza, bacon, coffee cake, waffles)… and today did salmon from costco in lieu of a turkey since it was just the two of us and a whole turkey didn’t make sense…

    The turkey was a success everybody really liked it. And I told them to give me honest feedback as smiling and telling me it was good does nothing for me if it needs improvement. It was moist with just the right amount of smoke flavor. I believe the cheese cloth that I wrapped it in helped the skin get a little crunchy w/o burning.

    Looks like it came out great…cheese cloth is what I use too. That came out really nice.
