@doobie I’ve really like that function lately. I don’t think I really realized how nice it was to not have to drain everything to the tip every time I wanted glue, but I’ve been using it a ton lately and that has really come in handy a few times.
@jponto07 I hope their customer service is still that eager to help, that’s something I really appreciate in companies and it speaks volumes about how they stand by their product.Charlie

I had been using a couple of old LePage glue bottles which I had been more or less happy with that had a flat side ypu could rest the bottle on its side which always left you with glue at the ready. The problem with them was ypu had to lay them in the same place over a drop pad of sorts otherwise small amounts of glue would be dripping out of it. The Glubot will eliminate all this minor hassle for me as it can be left anywhere upright and be ready to go by virtue of its design.
June 27, 2017 at 9:07 pm #634232Well happy to report that their customer service was great. Called them right up, they took my info and today i just got three new gaskets in the mail. Unfortunately it did not fix the leaking lid. Im going to look at it more tomorrow and if i have to order a new one.

Sounds like there’s a crack somewhere or a bunch of build up not letting everything seat properly. Glad the service was good though!

ProThe Lee Valley prices are really good for Canadians. And the accessory pack is a nice addition in a value pack. Too bad they didn’t bring the Glubot Guide in as well

Didn’t know that LV had carried them in the past. Interesting. Wonder why they stopped.

Didn’t know they had alternate tips. I wonder if the blade style tip would be good with applying glue to my Domino mortises?
