    Spray foamed the rest of the new space then installed the skylight…

    Next was removing the old tile int he entryway and installing new porcelain tile in the entryway, foyer and pantry.

    Next were the doors…the pantry door, pocket door at the top of the landing and two closet doors…and some trim.

    Wow you used the good insulation in the garage.. Looks like it was a big job. The work looks very well done.

    That stuff makes a huge difference. We added more interior space but the insulation is so efficient that our heating and a/c bill hasn’t even changed.

    Wow , that is great the way you grouped together the different pictures and stages.
    Looks like most of the trades did a great job.
    It looks great with the glass rail window really opens up the space.
    Very impressive Moze.

    Did you run into any problems , trades or permits or anything else.

    No real issues, everything went pretty smoothly. The biggest was probably Home Depot breaking my $1500 skylight and having to order another one lol
