    I was a bit under the weather so I took the day off from the shop and ended up making 15 lb of sausage. 10 lb of Italian and 5 of breakfast sausage. We live in an area of Mennonite butchers so black pepper is considered “spicy”. Gotta make my own to get any kind of flavour.

    They are mild this time. I use a recipe for Texas “hotguts” when i need to step up the heat. It’s hard to stay in the same room as those puppies.

    Just left overs for us last night,
    But I had one of these Russian beers, very good

    The wife put corned beef, potatoes and cabbage in the slow cooker first thing in the morning and let it rip all day. Man, was I stuffed ! After 2nds and 3rds I had to force myself to stop or I would have burst.

    Oh that sounds good and a cold Coors Light.

    The wife put corned beef, potatoes and cabbage in the slow cooker first thing in the morning and let it rip all day. Man, was I stuffed ! After 2nds and 3rds I had to force myself to stop or I would have burst.

    I like to do that sometimes veggies with meats. You can’t beat the flavor.

    We had steak with mushrooms & baked potatoes done on the BBQ last night for dinner.

    Lol all these things remind me of my dad, he used to eat all those things,
    I used to look at them and just couldn’t do it lol

    Mind you, when I went to Singapore for two months years ago, I tried plenty of different foods.

    Liver and onions with bacon is just about the best meal! Mashed potatoes and gravy to go with it, too. My wife and I are both real fans.

    Chicken livers are good just fried in butter or mixed in a pate.
