    I will agree with everyone else here, It looks fairly minor and should not cause a serious problem.

    OK. I know 1 side has a higher spit than the other side. I thought about taking a metal strap and going from one side under the bottom and up the other side and screw it as close to the top of the joist to keep it together. Other than that I wont worry about it much.
