They tend to “crush” the offcut a bit…but the keeper is pretty good.

Looks good for what it is! Jacuzzi tub and no real tile?

Hey Kam! Good to see you back around.
Yes,no tile on the floor but there will be tile on the surround, and a mosaic backsplash as well.
Non jacuzzi tub though, just a non jetted soaker.

I’m currently trying to get the company to change the way they do tile, simply because it’s just the “way they’ve done it”.
I’ll see how it goes on the addition/reno I’m on right now.

I find that the offcut if used to start the next row is typically under base or shoe and can still be used. In some cases we have had to recut but not to many.

Nice jobs, looks nice installed. The vinyl flooring is probably a little warmer on the feet than tile in cold weather, its an interesting idea for bathrooms.

I think that vinyl flooring will feel somewhat “warmer” as compared to cerami tile. This is a very interesting idea. I may even try this one out myself.

Has anyone laid Trafficmaster Allure Ultra? I’ve been looking at using this for my home as we live in a pretty damp area and have pets.

Wondering how easy it is to lay down and how the finished product looks.
