I’m looking forward to compare the differences of this tool and my PS41.

I have the PS41 and will be doing a comparison also once I get the PS42.

I asked bosch at woc and they said May as a release date for the PD42

Im sure it will be a good tool (the PS22 is spectacular) but I will skip this one unless my PS41 dies

Did anyone here go from the PS31 to PS32? Be curious to see how big of a change it is, since the 41-42 change should be similar

I may finally upgrade my ps40 now. I don’t use the 12v impactor nearly as much since I purchased an 18v but it still is handy in some situations.

Aw man, I hadn’t jumped into the Bosch 12v tools yet because none were brushless. Here we go…

They are nice tools, I have the older first generation 12 volt tools,
I think I will stick with the 18 volts, I don’t find the weight a big difference,

This would be awesome when I’m setting up scaffolding and securing ply. Would be great as a spare in my bag when doing concrete/masonry also. Nice add with the WOC shot William.

From the photo it appears to be a big motor unit . Not sure if the 12v would do any good . Cause your looking for small in the 12v lineup .

I tried out the PS42 at WOC and its really powerful and lightweight, it feels good in the hand. Its probably the same housing like the older brother.
I never used the PS41 before so i dont know the weight difference and performance.

Im glad that i waited to buy a 12v tool…the PS42 gonna be my first.

uploaded two pictures I took at WOC

    ohh those are tapcons? 😀
The PS42 performed really good driving those tapcons into concrete.
    Took just a couple seconds.
They told me how many but i forgot…sorry 😛
Definitely cant wait for May to finally buy it.
