    Honolulu,, Hi.

It looks like a knock off of the Milwaukee Hacksall.

Wow you are right Dirty they look like twins. I wonder if they are made by the same company in both Bosch and Milwaukee versions?

Nope all the internals are completely different. I saw both of them with the covers taken off. They are both similar in shape and thats it. the bosch cuts stronger and smother and faster than the milwaukee.

Did you get any pics of the internals??

Just found a video from the compact recip saw.
I will order mine in the next week or two.

I read that you get quite a bunch of cuts with a high ah battery.
And I know for fact, it cuts quick.
but too bad they did not include “orbital action”

pretty much all the big ones dont have orbital on them. I wouldnt be surprised if the next milwaukee fuel has it though. The ridgid is the only cordless that I know about that has it

    Thanks for sharing, good review.

Makes me wonder if the same factory is putting out the M18 and the GSA18. Those tests results are really close and they look sooo alike.

I seen that video too a few days ago. I definitely gonna purchase the GSA18V soon.

OzTools also compared in one video the 12V and 18V recip saw

That’s good to know. I’ll see if I can find a teardown to look at. I guess form follows function in this case.

@rylim it’s so much better then the regular one you have emote control of the cut and weight diffrent is huge. vibration wise regular recipsaw wears you out but gsa18 is really smooth on the hand. Power wise I didn’t really see much diffrent it’s pretty powerfull

It doesn’t look the same to me tho – there are quite some differences.
