Should be good for the shorter blades but no 12″.

Seems like the width is just over 10″. Could probably throw a couple 12″ in diagonally. And then a bunch of 6″ blades.

What would be really nice is if they sold the inserts separately so you could configure them to your liking.

This reminds me of talk we had going about how it could be nice to completely customize what you paid for in a set of bits. That way you could really get what you want and use and arrange it how you want it.

You can remove or arrange the inserts in the Dewalt cases as needed

Some of the Plano fishing gear boxes would work out for blade storage. This one looks like it would be perfect.

Man. that would fit a lot of blades! Much more than I need. My Lenox case works well for me. It’s at capacity though but I don’t need more.

    Agree 100%

I tried this with a huge Dewalt case they had, only to find out that they glued the inserts in.

I am not a pro. But I play one at home.

I am just here for l-boxx porn.

those would work fine for just blade storage. However that box will not fit in the case with the tool.

I don’t know what case you are talking about (but then again I don’t own the TS4000) – are you talking about blade cases?

I would also love to see the plastic inserts in the l-boxxes slightly redesigned to better fit the bosch brute cases in the first place. And better fit accessories in general.

Oh that would be nice, getting everything planned for and tied together with other bosch products I think is everyone dream. Insert trays that have spaces for accessories. But lets not dream too big i guess, lets start be getting the tools that will fit into L-boxxes, still too many offered without hard cases let alone L-boxxes

you mean too many are still offered with bags or no case at all?

When it comes to cordless, I think the majority of 18v are available with an L-boxx. And the 12v combos come packaged in l-boxxes, with all the bare tools coming with inserts for l-boxxes.

But corded still hasn’t made much headway into l-boxxes in NA. I think there are more in Europe

It seems like the tools in L-Boxxes is a little hit and miss. Maybe it is just the price points for some of the big-box retailers.

Oh i am sure that comes into play, most of the kits with l-boxxes are quite a bit more. Though online retailers do tend to carry more options and would be the purchasing source. I am a big fan of hard cases, i know others arent and you cant please us all.

Having hard cases is nice but having them able to click together is just a bonus but not required in my opinion.

I really don’t have a problem with 12″ sawsall blade storage. I just stuff em in the T-B0XX spot for them.
