Has anybody discussed this here yet?

Seems like there is a newer version of the Bosch track saw coming out. All I can find on the internet from Bosch about it is this Bosch German press release on it.

    https://www.bosch-presse.de/pressportal/de/en/cordless-tools-now-better-than-corded-tools-biturbo-tools-from-bosch-for-professionals-184896.html

Another discussion here on a pro electrician site…

    https://professional-electrician.com/products/bosch-launches-biturbo-models/

Found these pics talking about it on another forum. Somebody there speculated that it mat be using a new type of motor called a Reluctance Motor.

Look at how the motor body is totally different from any other track saw you’ve ever seen.

Didn’t Bosch licensed Mafell’s tracksaws? Is this a Bosch original?

Does it have a supervillian name?

    No idea.

Does it have a supervillian name?

Not that I know of yet. Myself, I think the SV naming is a bit silly.

I guess “Better Late than Never” would fit in here well. It must be good as bosch has had years to study all the Competition in depth.

What I find interesting is the power. They’re pretty well sayin’ it’s on par with corded with this offering.

Haha yeah , well it’s a saw and it’s sort of on a track 😉

I believe it’s eventually going to be available in NA
But like most Bosch Tools it’s going to take awhile

From what I gather, it’s not even out yet in Europe.

Ya know who might know more about this is Alex.

Bosh products are over priced, there some good product but this brand just isn’t worth the hype. Those new technologies are mostly excessive. You are not likely to notice that BIG difference that innovations bring!
Some of my relatives live in Europe and they say this brand becomes unpopular, as products are expensive and hard to fix and customer support is horrible
    Look at this
    https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bosch.co.uk

All I wanted to say is there are plenty of other products not so advertised but a good deal for hobbyists and pros. You can google track saws and you’ve got lost of list of models for different use, like this one https://pickadvisor.org/best-track-saws/ for example

I own a saw from Festool (TS 75 EBQ) and I’m sure This new bosh is not much better.

    P.S.
Sorry for sounding aggressive (I’m not) It’s just my point of view. I’m just tired of those mass media and ads that are all over
