Anyone else having this BTP issue

    I have not received any notifications (responses) today regarding topics I’m subscribed to. I assumed the site was down again, as I was gone, but checking the forum there have been lot’s of responses to topics I’m subscribed to.

    We have not had any other users have this issue, but will continue to monitor. We made a few changes to make the site run faster, but nothing that would have resulted in that issue. Keep us posted if it continues.

    Well I thought to myself, no one else is having this issue, so I checked my spam folder and sure enough, I had 38 spam emails, mostly from BTP. To my knowledge this has never happened before. I wonder what changed.

    Glad you got it figured out Mark. The very same thing happened to me several months ago. One day I just stopped getting emails for messages and tags and eventually found them in my spam folder…I didn’t initiate this either.

    So did it fix itself Jon? or. My spam filter finds so little spam it’s surprising that it did this.

    I actually re tagged them and sent them back to the regular inbox. That fixed the issue, but to answer your question, no it didn’t just fix itself…I had to redirect the emails manually.

    Whatever software is running as your Spam filter had a change in its settings. The providers have a habit of changing what they filter with updates and it seems it was changed so BTP notifications became spam.

    My BTP emails are going to spam also . I’m thinking it may be a problem .

    Half of mine go to my regular mail and half of them to spam .It has been that way for well over a year .

    No problems here on my end Dirty. Uploaded and cropped. Maybe the picture is too low in resolution that your trying to upload?

    No problems here on my end Dirty. Uploaded and cropped. Maybe the picture is too low in resolution that your trying to upload?

    My issue with BTP emails going to spam cleared itself in a day, without any intervention on my part. Strange.

    That’s precisely when my issue started. I should say that like Jon, I did go through my spam and unchecked a few of the emails, this is not spam.. So maybe I did intervene.
