What’s the PVC pipe in the concrete foundation next to the front entrance ,?
I see that garage behind it almost looks like the garage in the house will have access right through to the back of the house ? I’ve seen that a few times around here.Nice job as always with the stairs.

Its going slow. The past two weeks its been like -20 cold and windy, or around +5 and LOTS of mud, on top of that there was the raining or snow, and the best of all the 2 ice storms we had.

Oh nice TJIs. This one must have a bigger budget. We use TJIs a lot down here. They are a lot faster and better to glue the OSB to.
