Yeah I was just reading that yesterday , pretty interesting that you can change the heads or I should say anvils.

That looks like quite the cordless ratchet. That is pretty interesting that you can change the anvils from 3/8″ to 1/4″.

How much was it , I wonder if our home Depot in Canada have them. I’ll try to get out there today.

Neat idea. I have to wonder about the small contact point when at an angle. How long the head will last before it wears to a point of slipping?

Or the socket itself getting chewed up if used with a non impact socket.

I think I may have just seen something similar in the Princess Auto flyer I just received in the mail.

Yeah no kidding , for that price it’s definitely worth trying. Especially since they are impact rated

Think I’ll grab a set next time I’m there myself. Can’t beat that price. Even cheaper than a single Makita branded one at US prices no less and who knows how easy the Makita one would be to find here in Canada. It’s just one of those accessories one would rarely use, but you’re glad you have it when you do need it. At 4 bucks for a set of them, it’s a no-brainer.

Yeah for sure , would be great to have the other two sizes , I only have the one from the DeWalt impact ready kit I bought years ago

Aside from the obvious slight degree for easy access from angles

I have these, in both sizes. I’ve used them. Unlike some other wobble extensions where the sockets drop out of them, these Makita ones do seem to hang on to the sockets, so that is good.

    Honolulu,, Hi.

Makita is slowly increasing it’s 12volt lineup. Still not big enough for me to get rid of my crapy Ridgid lineup. I hope the day will come soon tho. That right angle ratchet looks sweet with the 1/4 and 3/8 drive on it. It’s not a tool I use a lot but still must have it.
